At this time, no. NexDent Solutions is designed to be an adjunct service for your practice. Some features such as dental charting, image capturing and scheduling are not available however, we hope to incorporate these features in the future as we grow and evolve.

No. Think of our staffing solutions network as a bulletin board for employers and jobseekers to connect. Employers and jobseekers are independent parties and are not affiliated with NexDent Solutions Inc.
*Although NexDent Solutions Inc. does not conduct hiring processes, each employee, temp and jobseeker who registers an account must verify their identity and those who require a license to practice (dental hygienists and dentists) are required to submit proof of licensure.

Only providers can add a patient to their portal. Employees will not have the ability to add, connect or disconnect a patient from your portal.
To Add a Patient (over the age of 18 and is not a child or dependent):
While we have made it possible to create a NexDent account on behalf of your patient, we strongly recommend directing your patient to MyDentalPortal.com to register their own account. If you are creating an account on behalf of your patient you will be responsible for presenting the Patient Consent for NexDent Account Registration, obtaining a signature and uploading the signed consent form upon registration.
If you are connecting a patient with an existing NexDent account, search their name and click "view" under View & Request and you will be able to request access to the patient's portal. Once the patient grants access, providers and their authorized employees can view the patient and any corresponding family member's charts, add visit summaries, send referrals and update the patient's information including medical history, insurance information and pharmacy details.
To Add a Family Member (patient's under the age of 18 or a dependent):
A patient who is under the age of 18 or is a dependent must be added as a "Family Member". While we have made it possible for providers to add family members, we strongly recommend directing the family member's parent or legal custodian to their portal to add the family member to their portal.
To Add a Patient From a Referral
Providers can attach a patient (or family member) to a referral.
If you receive a referral with a patient attached, select "Request Access to Patient Portal". The patient will receive a request and once they grant access, you and your employees will have access to the patient and any corresponding family members.
While we have made it possible to create a NexDent account on behalf of your employee, we strongly recommend directing your employee to NexdentSolutions.com to register their own account. If you are creating an account on behalf of an employee you will be responsible for presenting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy form, obtaining a signature and uploading the signed form upon registration.
We encourage employers to connect employees whether they are permanent or providing temporary coverage.
To Add an Employee to your Portal
If you are connecting an employee with an existing NexDent account, search their name and click "view" under View & Request and you will be able to request access. Once the employee grants access, they will be able to add visit summaries and upload timesheets.

To Add a Family Member Visit Summary
The visit summary is now visible to the parent or legal custodian and any provider (and their authorized employees) connected to this family member.

Employers will need to connect you to their portal by requesting access from you. Once you receive a request for access from the employer and you will then be able to grant access from the "My Employers" page of your account. We encourage employers to connect employees whether they are permanent employees or providing temporary coverage.
